Sometimes referred to as telehealth, I provide phone or video-based psychotherapy to individuals looking to end burnout, connect to themselves, and craft values-aligned lives.

While I live in Santa Cruz CA, I’m licensed in California. While I work with individuals living anywhere in this state, I am most familiar with resources in the San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose areas.

I work outside of the medical model of therapy, which means I do not make diagnoses or take insurance.

I’m not currently taking new clients.
